Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann is a seasoned CEO with broad leadership experience in sales, marketing, risk management, and international business operations. She draws on deep expertise in the financial services industry and has a demonstrated track record of leading highly successful business turnarounds, scaling new businesses, and expanding operations globally. Rebecca also brings a strong background in governance through her corporate and non-profit board experiences.

Rebecca's transformational leadership style has provided avenue for success in all economic cycles, in both large and small companies during start-up, growth, retrenchment, and stable economies. Her vast experience leading international operations, digital technology implementation, wealth management, partnership and business development strategy, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and aligning executive leadership with organizational goals has resulted in exponential revenue / bottom-line growth.
